This website (the "Site") is operated by MIMCorex (the "Company"), located at Büyükkayacık Mh. 103. Cd. No: 11, 42250 Konya – Türkiye. MIMCorex is the data controller with respect to your personal data.

Through the contact and quote request forms on the Site, we collect the following information:
- Identity and contact information: full name, company, email, phone
- Project information: sector, expected annual volume, project details
- Files you upload: technical drawings, CAD files and images
- Automatic records: IP address, browser information, visit time
The Site does not use cookies for profiling purposes beyond basic functionality.
3. Purposes of Data Use
The collected data is processed solely for the following purposes:
- Evaluating quote requests and responding to you,
- Preparing manufacturability and pricing analyses,
- Providing the communications and information you request,
- Fulfilling legal obligations and resolving disputes.
4. Retention Period
Form data is retained for a reasonable period following the completion of the quote process. Uploaded files are automatically deleted from the server after 30 days. Records subject to legal retention obligations are kept for the periods prescribed by the relevant legislation.

Your data is not shared, sold or rented to third parties other than our domestic service providers for hosting, email delivery and maintenance services. It may be shared with authorized institutions and organizations where legally required.

Site traffic is encrypted with SSL/TLS. File uploads undergo type and size validation and are stored under randomized names in a protected directory. Automatic spam protection measures are applied to forms.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request its correction or deletion, to object to processing and to request compensation for damages.
